Cyber Professional Solutions, Inc. leased 912 rentable square feet of light industrial, warehouse space at 3441 Main Street, Chula Vista, California 91911 from Copy Link, Inc.  James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessor in the transaction.

Complete Solar Solution, Inc., a Delaware Corporation leased 1,733 rentable square feet of office space for sixty five (65) month’s at 5030 Camino de la Siesta, San Diego, California 92108 from The Koll Company/Per Mission Courtyard, LLC for $197,116.23. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction.  NAI San Diego represented the lessor.

Bank Of America, a National Association leased 4,455 rentable square feet of office space for thirty-six (36) month’s at 476 Third Avenue, Chula Vista, California 91910 from Gateway Chula Vista, LLC for $383,825.69.
