GATEWAY FINANCIAL REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES RECENT 3RD QUARTER 2011 LEASE TRANSACTIONS – San Diego, California (October 1, 2011) – Gateway Financial Real Estate, one of San Diego’s newest and fastest growing commercial real estate services provider, today announced their latest San Diego County Tenant and Landlord representations, listed below:

3rd QUARTER 2011 – LEASE TRANSACTIONS

1)     AccuQuest Hearing Center, Inc., an Illinois Corporation leased 1,138 rentable square feet of office space for three (3) years at 303 H Street, Suite 210, 2nd Floor, Chula Vista, California 91910 from Gateway Chula Vista, LLC for $90,816.00. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessor in the transaction.  Jennifer Ware, RPA; AccuQuest Corporate Real Estate Services represented the lessee.

2)     Dr. Steven Schneider, DDS leased 2,872 rentable square feet of medical dental office space for one hundred twenty (120) months at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, San Diego, California 92128 from Sunroad Financial Plaza Partners, LP for $759,241.92. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction.  Caissidy Turley | BRE Commercial (Robert Kuzman) represented the lessor.

3)     Midwest Equity Mortgage, LLC leased 2,360 rentable square feet of office space for thirty eight (38) months at 3131 Camino Del Rio North, San Diego, California 92108 from Centerside II, LLC C/o: The Irvine Company, LLC for $184,788.00. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction.  Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego (J.P. Huntington) and The Irvine Realty Company represented the lessor.

4)     San Diego Virtual Charter School leased 1,640 rentable square feet of retail office space for three (3) years at 496 Third Avenue, 1st Floor, Chula Vista, California 91910 from Gateway Chula Vista, LLC for $136,980.00. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction.  MountainWest Real Estate, Inc. represented the lessor.

5)     Jewel Hernandez, an Individual AND Perla Rodriguez, an Individual leased an executive suite office space month to month at 333 H Street, Chula Vista, California 91910 from PSM, LLC. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction. MountainWest Real Estate, Inc. represented the lessor.

6)     Iglesia Familiar, Inc. leased 912 rentable square feet of light industrial, flex office space, month to month, at 3441 Main Street, Chula Vista, California 91911 from Copy Link, Inc.  James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessor in the transaction.
